2. to hand over or expose (one's nation, friend,etc) treacherously to an enemy
3. to disclose (a secret, confidence, etc) treacherously
4. to break or disloyal to ( a person's trust)
5. to disappoint the expectation of; fail
6. to show signs of; indicate
7. to reveal unintentional

it always happen in a loveship

but you break it.

once you break the trust means that you disappoint what i expected.

having tea with other without informing him

yes, it do make sense based on the explanation above...
